Planned works at Ross Street and Coldhams Grove

Cambridge City Council have selected Axis Europe as the main contractor to carry out works at Ross Street and Coldhams Grove.

It has been confirmed that our works will include:

• Insulation measures: external wall insulation, rafter level insulation

• Replacement windows and external doors

• Replacement building services for heating, hot water and ventilation

• Photovoltaic panels
