ABOUT THE WORK
In order to make your home more healthy, comfortable and energy-efficient Cambridge City Council has instructed Axis to deliver a programme of planned retrofit works.

This will include:

External wall, floor and roof insulation at rafter level

Triple glazed windows and highly insulated external doors
-
Air source heat pumps (ASHPs), efficient hot water storage and mechanical and heat recovery (MVHR)
-
Roof mounted photovoltaic panels (PV)

MONDAY - FRIDAY
08:00 - 17:00
SURVEYS
We will need to access your property to carry out a pre-condition survey, during which we will assess the property for the forthcoming works and discuss any specific support that you may require.

Pre-condition survey appointments can take place Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 3pm.
It will also provide the opportunity for you to speak to us about any concerns or queries you may have. Harry Stanlick, our Resident Liaison Officer will be in contact with you regarding a pre-condition survey appointment as the programme progresses.
